A SECOND tax deadline extension has been issued to thousands of taxpayers in the United States; will you be one of them?
KENTUCKY taxpayers have until November 15 to file and pay taxes.
This is the second tax extension of the year, the first having been granted on October 15.
The second deadline is for hurricane victims in sections of Kentucky, according to the IRS.
This delays tax completion dates beginning July 26, 2022.
According to the IRS, tax payments due on April 18, 2022 for 2021 returns are not eligible.
The target date relates to quarterly anticipated tax contributions owing September 15, 2022.
Payroll and excise tax reports are due August 1 and October 31, 2022.
Calendar-year partnerships and S companies have until September 15, 2022 to use their 2021 extensions.
, while calendar-year corporations have until October 17, 2022.
Payroll and sales tax payments due after July 26 and before August 10 will be free from charges if completed before August 10, 2022.
Who is eligible for the extension?
The tax payers in FEMA-designated disaster zones will get the extension.
